I wanted to love the body I have NOW, stop mourning the body I had before. I wanted to feel sexy, not just feel like "a girl with a pretty face, when she wears makeup". I did it to show myself that even though my body isn't where I want it, it's still beautiful. I am still beautiful. This shoot definitely helped me to look at myself and not pick apart EVERY single part I didn't like. It helped me learn to love me for who I am now, and not be disappointed every time I look in the mirror and I'm not magically the 20 year old I used to be. It just boosted my vision of myself to be where others see me, not where I saw me. That I'm not just a mom, wife, whatever. I am a sexy woman who's been through having, 2 kids and still standing. What if I’ve never done a boudoir session before?
You’re in the right place. Most of our clients are brand new to boudoir, and that’s exactly why our process is built to make you feel safe, supported, and empowered from start to finish. You don’t need to know how to pose or “be sexy.” You just need to show up — we’ll guide the rest.
I don’t love my body right now. Is this still for me?
Yes. Especially if that’s how you’re feeling. Boudoir is not about being “ready.” It’s about celebrating where you are right now. We work with every body type, age, and level of confidence. You deserve to feel beautiful, and we’re here to help you see it — even if it’s been hard to believe.
Is hair and makeup included?
Yes — for all full boudoir and luxury sessions, professional hair and makeup is included and handled by our in-house beauty expert, Tara. She’ll customize the look based on your style — whether you’re going for soft and natural or bold and glam — so you feel like the best version of you.
For Mini Boudoir Sessions, hair and makeup is not included by default, but you’re welcome to add it on if you'd like the full pampered experience.
Can my partner join me for the session?
Absolutely. Our couples boudoir sessions are a powerful way to reconnect and express your intimacy in a raw, beautiful way. Whether it's playful, passionate, or quietly emotional — we’ll help you capture your unique rhythm and story.
What’s included in a session?
Each session includes:
- A personalized consultation
- Professional hair and makeup (yes, it’s included!)
- Access to our curated client wardrobe
- Fully guided posing and styling
- A private photo reveal — either in-person or online
Albums, wall art, and digital images are available as add-ons after your session.
What should I wear?
Anything that makes you feel confident. You can bring your own pieces (lingerie, bodysuits, cozy layers), or choose from our size-inclusive client closet. We’ll also help you choose outfits during your consultation — so you never have to guess what will work best.
What if I’m awkward or shy?
That’s completely normal — and honestly, expected. You don’t need to be a model or extrovert to have an incredible experience. Ckenzie will guide you every step of the way with gentle posing, affirmations, and space to breathe. You’ll walk in nervous and leave on a high.
Will my photos be shared online?
Only if you say yes. We honor your privacy fully and will never publish or share any images without your clear, written permission. Many clients choose to keep their images private — others love sharing them proudly. The choice is always yours.
Where does the session take place?
All sessions are held in our private, natural-light home studio in St. Albert — designed to feel safe, quiet, and grounded. It’s your space to drop in, let go, and be fully yourself.
Can I book now and pay later?
Yes! We offer custom payment plans to make your session more accessible. Reach out and we’ll build something that works for you — no stress. I do ask for a 50% deposit to solidify your appointment, but it is totally refundable if needed.
