Your Mini Session guide

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR MINI SESSION

A mini is short and fully guided, so a little planning goes a long way. Here’s how to make the most of every minute.

01/Your wardrobe

What to wear

Your mini includes one outfit change, so choose two looks you love. Keep them easy to get in and out of, so the time goes to photos.

  • Lingerie or a bodysuit
  • A silk robe or an oversized shirt
  • Heels, if they make you feel good

What to bring

  • Jewelry you love and your favourite perfume
  • Your photo ID

03/Thirty minutes

Make the most of it

  • Arrive ready. Unless you’ve added hair and makeup, come with your hair and makeup done the way you love it.
  • Wear your first look under your clothes if you like, so we can start straight away.
  • Bring your ideas. Your planning call is the time to share the vibe you want.

Getting ready

  • Come with clean, moisturized skin. Soft skin photographs beautifully.
  • If you’ve added hair and makeup, arrive with a clean face and clean, dry hair. We handle the rest.
  • Wear something loose and soft on the way, so straps and waistbands don’t leave marks.
  • Eat beforehand and bring water. You’ll be moving more than you think.

05/Session day

On the day

Your session is in our private home studio in St. Albert. The exact address comes to you after booking, to protect everyone’s privacy. Feeling nervous is completely normal. That feeling lasts about 10 minutes, and by your second look you’ll forget we’re even there. The only difference from a full session is time. You’re still guided through every single pose.

06/Good to know

A few things before you come

  • Bring government-issued photo ID. Every boudoir client must be 18 or older.
  • You’re always in control. You can pause or stop at any time, and say no to any pose.
  • Please come sober, so you feel fully present and safe.
  • Guests, children and pets can’t join the session unless we’ve arranged it ahead of time.
  • Your photos stay private. Your agreement asks how you’d like them used, if at all, and we never share an image without your written permission.
